Step-by-Step RC Transfer Process (Same State)

Step 1: Seller's Responsibility

Step 2: Re-Registration in New State

1. Buyer applies for fresh registration in new state
2. Submit NOC from previous state
3. Pay road tax in new state
4. New registration number assigned
5. New number plate to be fixed
